Mr. Mohammed Masum Billah, Associate Professor, 

Department of Business Administration (BUFT) has been appointed as proctor of the University. In addition to his proctorial responsibility, he is also the Additional Director of IQAC of BUFT. He joined BUFT in 2015 as Assistant Professor. Before that, he had served Dutch Bangla Bank limited as a Foreign Trade officer for two years. Then he served Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) for six years in the positions of lecturer, Senior lecturer and Assistant professor, and European University of Bangladesh (EUB) for three years as Assistant Professor. In his teaching career, he performed the role of the BBA and the MBA program coordinator, the proctor and the assistant proctor, and also the convener and the member of different curricular and extracurricular activities of different clubs and committees namely environment club, sports club, cultural club, recruitment committee, question moderation committee, internship placement committee and course curriculum committee.
