Anindita Saha Tumpa

Anindita Saha Tumpa is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Business Studies at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT), Dhaka, Bangladesh specializing in International Management, Principles of Management, Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior. Her academic journey has been driven by a deep passion for research, teaching, and industry collaboration. She earned her MBA degree in International Management from Comilla University.  Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate studies (BBA) in Management Studies from same University.

Her research interests include; International Business, Green management and Sustainability, Electronic Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior & Artificial Intelligence, etc. As an educator, she strive to create an interactive and engaging learning environment, encouraging students to think critically and apply management principles to real-world challenges. She also mentor students in professional development, helping them build successful careers in business and management.

Outside academia, her goal is to contribute to both academic scholarship and practical solutions that benefit businesses and society.
