Tasfia Saba is a Graduate Teaching Assistant at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology, specializing in Industrial Engineering. She teaches courses in workshop practice, machine tools, engineering drawing, microprocessor & robotic control, Elements of mechanical engineering lab, and ERP in the apparel and textile industry. She actively contributes to Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation through the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

Holding a B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering from the *Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), she has a strong background in material characterization (SEM, FTIR, X-ray Diffraction, TGA, UTM), optimization techniques (DoE, RSM, Genetic Algorithm), and simulation & automation (ARENA, MINITAB). Her research focuses on advancing manufacturing processes and industrial efficiency.
